BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located in the 600, 700, and 800 blocks of Julian Road, and in the 7700, 7800, and 7900 blocks of Davidson Road, being on the northwest line of Julian Road southwest of Davidson Road, and on the southwest line of Davidson Road northwest of Julian Road. Part of an unplatted tract, being part of the property described in deed book 1727, page 43, ROHC. Said part of tract begins on the northwest line of Julian Road some 1425 feet southwest of the intersection of the northwest line of Julian Road with the southwest line of Davidson Road, thence southwest some 1208 feet with Julian Road, thence northwest some 1790 feet, thence northeast some 1140 feet, thence southeast some 30 feet, thence northeast some 730 feet, thence northwest some 260 feet, thence northeast some 730 feet to the southwest line of Davidson Road, thence southeast some 880 feet with Davidson Road, thence southwest 200 feet, thence southeast 130 feet, thence southwest 112 feet, thence southeast some 501.93 feet to a point 210 feet (if measured at a right angle) northwest of the northwest line of Julian Road, thence southwest some 1115 feet parallel to, and at all points 210 feet northwest of, the northwest line of Julian Road, thence at a right angle southeast 210 feet to the northwest line of Julian Road, the point of beginning.
